Is Guardian an emergency response or security dispatch service?
No. Guardian is a fixed-site mutual-aid notification tool. A response is not guaranteed, and it does not replace police, fire, medical, or professional security services.
Why is location check-in required?
The system uses check-in location and validity time to determine alert eligibility. You can turn off location alerts in the app at any time.
Can inactive accounts receive alerts?
Inactive accounts within range may receive a delayed, ordinary promotional notification if enabled by the administrator; it does not play the strong alarm sound.
Do service plans expire?
Current duration and pricing appear in the member center and are managed by Guardian. Sign up or sign in to view available plans.
